Ingredients required for Pav Bhaji recipe
- 300 grams of vegetables
- 100 grams mustard oil
- 20 grams Cumin
- 100 grams onion
- 50 g Tomatoes
- 50 grams ginger, garlic and green chillies and coriander
- 4-5 dried red chillies
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 3-5 black pepper
- 1 tsp ginger
- Salt (as per taste)
How to make pav bhaji recipe
- Boil the vegetables and keep them aside.
- Heat 2 teaspoons mustard oil in a pan on medium heat, add cumin and chopped onion and roast. Let the onion cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Add finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes, pav bhaji masala, red chili powder. And let it cook well.
- Add boiled veggies. Mash the vegetables using a potato masher, until they are completely mixed with the spices.
- Add a little water and let it cook for 15-20 minutes. Garnish by adding green coriander. The delicious pav bhaji is ready to eat.
