How to make Chicken Fry Recipes


  1. First of all, pierce the pieces of chicken with the help of a string or a spoon with a spoon so that the spices penetrate well into them.

  2. Now marinate the chicken with red chilli powder, salt, and lemon juice and then keep it in the fridge for about 1 hour.

  3. Then add gram flour, green chillies, garlic, onion, curry leaves, coriander and cumin powder in a bowl and then make a paste by adding a little water.

  4. Put the chicken pieces in it and wrap it well. Now put oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame, when the oil is well heated then fry the chicken pieces in it.
